Privacy policy

Data we collect

• The data you send us through the contact and reservation forms: first name, last name, email, phone, service of interest, preferred date and the message or details you write.
• Minimal technical data to protect the forms against spam (for example, the Cloudflare Turnstile check and an encrypted version of your IP address to limit abusive submissions).
• If you accept, anonymous browsing data through Google Analytics (pages visited, device and approximate country).

How we use it

• To answer your enquiries and prepare transport quotes or bookings.
• To contact you about the service you requested.
• To improve the website using aggregated usage statistics, only if you accepted analytics cookies.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes, and we do not send you advertising without your consent.

Cookies

• Necessary: Cloudflare Turnstile may use technical storage to verify that a person is sending the form. The site stores your cookie choice and whether you hid the WhatsApp button in your browser.
• Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 uses the _ga and _ga_* cookies to measure visits. They are only enabled if you click “Accept”, and you can withdraw your consent at any time from “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

Retention

• Form messages are kept in our email for as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal or accounting obligations.
• Google Analytics data is kept according to the account retention settings (14 months at most).

Your rights

• You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection to the processing of your data, as well as its portability, by writing to the email below. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
• If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact the National Authority for Transparency and Access to Information (ANTAI).
